Where are my tickets?

Short answer: follow this link. For more detailed instructions, read on:

Thanks again for coming to the show!  Make sure you remember to print out your tickets and bring them with you to the show.  This is VERY IMPORTANT!  We won’t have a will-call; PLEASE remember to bring your tickets with you!

When the screening tipped, you should have gotten an email with a link to your tickets.  If you didn’t receive that email, it may be in a junk or spam folder.  No matter whether you have your email, retrieving your tickets is easy.

First, log in to boiseclassicmovies.com:

Next, go to your account page by clicking on your name in the upper right corner:

Then click on “My Purchases.”  This will display your tickets:

Then click on “Download” next to your tickets.  When the ticket loads on the screen, just print it out and bring it with you to the show.  You’ll need to print out each ticket you purchased.

If you run into any hiccups, don’t hesitate to contact us for assistance!

Here are a few FAQ’s that may answer other questions you have about tickets:

I bought multiple tickets. Do I need a separate ticket for each one, or is one ticket good for all seats?

Each ticket has it’s own paper ticket.  One ticket = one seat.  So if you bought 10 tickets, you’ll have to print 10 tickets.

I don’t see my tickets when I log in to my account.  Where are they?

First be sure you have a payment receipt.  Some folks don’t make it all the way through checkout (we’re working fast to make this easier!)  If you don’t have a record of payment, then payment wasn’t received, and your tickets weren’t issued. You can go through checkout again.  If you have any trouble with checkout, contact us and we’ll get you squared away.

If you do have a payment receipt, contact us right away and we’ll issue you tickets manually (please include your username in your message).
