A long summer and a raggedy band of new neighbor kids bring a rite of passage for a dorky kid named Scotty Smalls (who, if I’m not mistaken, now calls the Treasure Valley home). Join us in reliving his somewhat awkward coming of age by watching The Sandlot on November 14, 2019 at 7PM at the Egyptian Theatre!

Scotty Smalls moves to a new neighborhood with his mom and stepdad, and wants to learn to play baseball. The neighborhood baseball guru Rodriquez takes Smalls under his wing, and soon he’s part of the local baseball buddies. They fall into adventures involving baseball, treehouse sleep-ins, the desirous lifeguard at the local pool, the snooty rival ball team, and the travelling fair. Fine Print:

The Sandlot will show at the Egyptian Theatre on Thursday, November 14, 2019 at 7:00PM. Tickets bought online are $9. Doors open at 6PM; all seating is open. If tickets remain on the night of the show, they can be purchased at the Egyptian box office for $11. When 150 tickets are purchased, payments will be collected and tickets will be issued for you to print out from this website and bring with you on the night of the screening. No admission without a ticket. If 150 tickets fail to sell, no payments will be collected, no tickets will be issued, and no movie will be screened.
Beer & wine will be available to guests 21 and over; please have your photo ID ready. Minors ARE welcome at this screening. As of July 1, 2019, the Egyptian Theatre can admit moviegoers of any age to screenings where bar service is provided
