About This MovieMore

Nuts! Scream didn’t reach the 150-ticket tipping point in time. Unfortunately, it won’t be showing.

Hello, Syndey. What’s your favorite scary movie?

If it’s Scream, you’re in luck! Head to the Egyptian on October 17, 2019 at 7PM for the 1996 horror movie that re-wrote all the horror movie rules.

Twelve years after he first took us down Elm Street, Wes Craven rekindled the teenage horror movie by poking fun at the genre…which he perfected in the first place!

Twenty-three years later, it’s still a pretty effective horror movie. It’s funny, suspenseful, and nostalgic.

We’ll have a costume contest before the show, do dress as your favorite character for a chance to win prizes.

And bring a carved jack-o-lantern! We’ll light it and put it on stage during the movie (you can take it home after the show). We’ll give you a treat for your effort, too.
