Current Movie: Christmas Vacation – Dec 18
About This MovieMore
Clark Griswold is decking the halls under the stars at the Shakespeare Festival on Saturday, December 18, 2021 at 6:00PM in National Lampoon’s Christmas Vacation!
Chevy Chase awaits his horrible family’s arrival, which coincides with the arrival of his less-than-generous Christmas bonus. Throw in some snobby neighbors and a sand-dry turkey, and Clark reaches a breaking point that only the SWAT team can diffuse.
Celebrate the hap-hap-happiest Christmas with John Hughes’s 1989 classic!
What better way to watch for Santa’s sleigh than to watch Christmas movies under the stars. We may even get some snow falling on us, who knows!
So bundle up. Break out the ski gear a little early and layer it on. Honestly, I’m going to bring a sleeping bag.
Also, we won’t have concessions, so bring your refreshments with you (you know, Shakespeare Festival style).
Chairs are provided in all sections except the hillside. If you’re going to sit on the grass, bring a blanket or a lawn chair (preferably low-rise).
We’ll have an ugly sweater contest with prizes, so don your worst!
Here’s a preview:
