If you purchase a ticket for a movie that ends up not being screened, you will not be charged for the purchase at all.  Your card will only be charged if enough people commit to purchase tickets.

If you purchased tickets, but you are not able to attend the movie, you have two options.  We can either issue a credit to your account for the purchased amount of the tickets for you to use to watch another movie later on, or else  we can refund your money to the account with which you purchased the tickets.  If you purchased your tickets through the Egyptian Theatre box office, those refunds are subject to the refund policy of the Egyptian Theatre.

If you had a rotten experience at a Boise Classic Movies screening, or if you aren’t 100% satisfied with the screening, we will give you a credit to attend another show so we can make it up to you.
