I’m going to make you an offer you can’t refuse: come to the Egyptian to see The Godfather on Thursday, September 8 at 7PM.

Honestly, how could you refuse! Al Pacino’s breakout performance beside Marlon Brando’s peak performance. It’s spellbinding on the big screen.

You know, I’m just going to say it: The Godfather is as close to perfection as film has come. It is the best movie ever made. If you’ve never seen it, this is the way to do it. No commercials, no household interruptions, just three hours of pure mafia goodness!

Leave the gun; take the cannoli to the Egyptian with us!

I remember thinking at the time, "Well if this doesn't work, at least I'll get to see The Godfather at the Egyptian. That'll be cool." And now we've been around long enough for it to win a vote of it own 4 years later. Gotta say, that feels mighty fine!
