Current Movie: Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom – Oct. 12
About This MovieMore
Online ticket sales close at 1:00PM on the day of the show, but you can still purchase tickets at the Egyptian Theatre box office.
We’ve done Raiders.
We’ve done Last Crusade.
Now to complete the trifecta, you voted for Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom, showing for one night only at the Egyptian Theatre on Thursday, October 12 at 7PM!
Temple is actually a prequel, taking place one year before the events in Raiders. What we can derive is that Indy learned to punch Nazis by first punching child slavers. Lesson: behave yourself, or you’ll have Indy’s fists to answer to!
Pack a sack lunch of snakes, bugs, and chilled monkey brains and head to the Egyptian, perhaps by way of jumping out of an airplane in an inflatable raft. Hey, if Indy can do it…
Been awhile? Here’s a refresher:
After arriving in India, Indiana Jones is asked by a desperate village to find a mystical stone. He agrees, and stumbles upon a secret cult plotting a terrible plan in the catacombs of an ancient palace. –from IMDB
Indy punches and whips his way to freedom for himself and a village’s lot of children. –from BCM
